President Obama told CBS News Wednesday that he has decided against releasing photos of Osama bin Laden’s body. MORE (via newshour)

I’ve been having trouble trying to decide where I stand on this issue. I can see both sides of the argument, but I think I’m going to have to agree with President Obama. If any pictures were to be released, I think they should only be enough for Americans to identify Osama Bin Laden, not enough to be used as “gore-porn”. Though conspiracy theorists will probably claim that the photos were doctored, so he’ll receive criticism either way. -Emilio, the other, less-active Liberal Lad contributor
